Love my Nuks

This is my fourth pair! I buy them for myself and gift them to both my daughters who also love them.

Most comfortable slipper

Five star. Having had several bunion surgeries, I need comfort and support. This slipper does both. It has a slight elevated angle which ensures your back is in the correct position and a non skid sole.

Fabulous Slippers

Received my order promptly and in good condition. The complete comfort and quality is outstanding. The aubergine colour is stunning and rich looking. Would definitely recommend. Just wish I could wear them to work!

Warmest slippers

I have bought these from Costco several times. The last pair I had didn't last as long as usual because of all the fur fell out. I didn't think it was lamb's/sheep's wool as well because of the odour coming from them after a few times wearing them. I decided to give these slippers another chance and bought another 2 pairs - one for me and one for my daughter. The fur looks and feels authentic, the fit is quite snug but has since conformed to the shape of my foot. I did go up the 1/2 size as recommended. The sole is thick and sturdy but has flex to it. The stitching is well done. The colour is nice. The only issue I have is that these slippers, which I understand are a Canadian-born creation, are made in China. I'm sure that Canadians can make these slippers just as well, if not better, than China. I also understand that profit is a big factor when deciding where to have items made. Just a shame that you had to leave our country to get them made.

We're so sorry to hear that the slippers that you bought previously had a quality issue. All of the slippers that we sell, whether through our website or at Costco, are under warranty for 1 year for manufacturer's defects. All of the women's slippers that we sell at Costco and online are lined in sheepskin (or double faced sheepskin). Because sheepskin is a natural product, there can be variations in how the sheepskin lining feels. However, it should always be comfortable and durable. Our mission is to provide comfort and quality in every pair of slippers that we make. We partner with manufacturers who share our mission whether they are local or overseas. Our manufacturing facilities are strictly controlled to respect Canadian and U.S. social audits. Our Canadian employees are involved in quality control directly at the manufacturing location in China as well at our warehouse in Canada. We source our materials from Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. to find the very best products available. For the time being, manufacturing in China allows us to sell our slippers at the prices that you currently see. Although we are continuously looking at different countries to source our product, including Canada, China currently offers the best value for our customers. It is not a question of profitability, it is a question of retail price which would be much, much higher if our product was currently made in Canada. We want you to know that we appreciate your feedback and will consider it in future planning. We can always be reached at should you have additional comments or questions.
