Return and Exchange Policy

Canadian Returns

  • 60 day returns on new, unworn merchandise.
  • To initiate a return, click here.
  • You will need the order number and the email address used at purchase.
  • Please do not return slippers in the cardboard shoe box.
  • Please return the slippers in the shipping bag in which they were received.
  • You will receive a printable Canada Post prepaid return label.
  • A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will be made within 7-10 days of receiving the return.

US Returns

  • 60 day returns on new, unworn merchandise.

  • Please do not return slippers in the cardboard shoe box.
  • Please return the slippers in the shipping bag in which they were received.
  • Please use the carrier of your choice for the return.
  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be made within 7-10 days of receiving the return.

Canadian Exchanges (Canada only)

  • Follow the steps above – request an exchange once prompted.
  • We will contact you for the exchange details once we will have received the returned merchandise.

US Exchanges

  • We are unable to process exchanges for US orders. Should you wish to change your purchase, please request a return here for the item that you no longer want and then place a new order for the replacement item.

Warranties

  • 1-year warranty on manufacturer’s defects.
  • To request a return for warranty, click here.
  • Note that excessive wear, slight dye transfer, fading and small irregularities in the texture and colour of the sheepskin and leather are all normal and not considered defects as these are natural products.
