We charge a flat shipping fee of $7 CAD for all Canadian returns and exchanges. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed or will be charged on your exchange request.

Shipping is free on all orders greater than $60. We charge a $7 fee for return shipments to help cover a portion of the return shipping costs. Although we know that it can be frustrating to be asked to pay for returning a product, please know that this amount covers only a portion of the costs. Although we absorb the majority of the shipping costs, it is necessary for us to charge this if we want to continue to sell and ship our slippers across Canada.
