- Please do not return slippers in the cardboard shoe box.
- Please return the slippers in the shipping bag in which they were received.
- Please use the carrier of your choice for the return.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be made within 7-10 days of receiving the return.
- 1-year warranty on manufacturer’s defects.

Note that excessive wear, slight dye transfer, fading and small irregularities in the texture and colour of the sheepskin and leather are all normal and not considered defects as these are natural products.
