About Nuknuuk materials

  • Our offices and warehouse are located in Laval, Quebec, just north of Montreal. 
  • We source our materials from Australia, New Zealand, United States and the U.K. to find the very best products available.
  • Our manufacturing facilities are strictly controlled to respect Canadian and U.S. social audits. Our Canadian employees are involved in quality control directly at the manufacturing location in China as well at our warehouse in Canada. 
  • Our mission is to provide comfort and quality in every pair of slippers that we make. We partner with manufacturers who share our mission whether they are local or overseas. Our manufacturing facilities are strictly controlled to respect Canadian and U.S. social audits.

How to clean my Nuknuuk slippers

  • Cleaning: Click here to read our blog on step by steps on how to clean and maintain your Nuknuuk slippers.
  • Deodorizing sheepskin: Baking soda is great for absorbing odors. To deodorize your slippers, place baking soda (or a mixture of equal parts baking soda and corn starch) directly in the slippers. Try to spread the baking soda over the entire surface of the inside of the slippers for maximum odor absorption. Leave overnight and remove the next day. Your slippers should be odorless and ready to go!
  • Protect my slippers: We recommend the use of suede spray in order to protect your Nuknuuk product from staining. Please ensure that you follow all manufacturer's instructions and that you test a small area before spraying. There may be slight variations in colour and texture after applying the spray. Please note that we are not responsible for any changes to our products following application of protective sprays.  

Orders

Our priority is to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order. 

Once you receive confirmation of your order, we are unable to make any changes. If you made an error in entering your shipping information and your package is unclaimed or returned to us due to address error or refusal on delivery, we will charge you the return freight which will vary according to your location.  

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us at info@nuknuuk.com for assistance.  
  • Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • We do not offer price matching. Please note that we do not adjust pricing of previous purchases to match promotional pricing.
  • We do not offer raincheck on promotional items, if sold out.
  • How to enter a coupon code: You can enter your rebate code once you have added your items to the cart and reached the checkout page.
  • Enter code under the Gift card and discount code section. Please note that the same rebate code can only be used once per account.

Retail Store

  • Nuknuuk slippers are currently available at Costco Canada during the fall/winter season. You will find one ladies' style and one men's style in two colours. From August to December.
  • They are not currently sold at any other retail location.

Return & Exchange

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned. All items marked final sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • We charge a flat shipping fee of $7 CAD for all returns and exchanges. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed at our warehouse.

  • Manufacturer's defects are under warranty for 1 year after purchase. For warranty requests, please contact us at info@nuknuuk.com. Please include pictures of the defective product as well as your order number.

  • Select the return reason EXCHANGE
  • Once the item is received, our team will contact you complete the exchange request.
  • A 7$ fee will be charged for the return freight.

Shipping

  • It takes 1-2 business days to prepare and ship your order.
  • A notification email will be sent with a tracking number and tracking link. (please verify your spam and promotional folders)
  • Shipping within Canada and United States can take from 7-10 business days.
  • Canadian orders are shipped using Canada Post expedited services.
  • USA orders are shipped using Canada Post/USPS expedited and tracked services.
